International sales and shipping

Due to Covid we do not accept international orders until further notice. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We sell and ship our cute babyclothes and other products all over the world. Shopping with us is very easy, even when you live abroad. You can find our shipping rates in the table below; these will automatically be charged when you select your country on the details page of the checkout.

Order

This is how you place your order in our webshop:

- Put the items you want to buy into the shopping cart by using the button which says "In winkelwagen" on the productpage;
- Keep on shopping until you have all the items in your shopping cart;
- When you are ready to order, click on the button which says "Naar winkelwagen" en click on "Doorgaan met bestellen";
- Fill out your name, adress, phone number and country;
- Choose your shipping method;
- Choose your payment method;
- Review your order and click to agree with our terms and - if you want - subscribe to our newsletter;
- Place the order by clicking on the "Bestelling afronden";
- Pay for your order when you see the payment screen;
You will be redirected to the thank-you page after succesful payment.

Shipping costs and delivery

Below you will find a selection of countries we do business with and the shipping costs. Delivery time depends on our foreign partner for transportation. This may take serveral working days.

(*) These are the rates for packages up to 2 kilograms. If the items in your order weigh more, we will contact you about the extra shipping costs.

Taxes, costs and returns

We are not liable for any taxes or other costs you may encounter. Please check your local rules and regulations to see what you may have to pay at customs.

You may return your order within 14 days after receiving the order. Please contact our Cusomer Services via email to announce the return. You are liable for the return costs. Our return address is: Schattige Babykleertjes.nl, Zuiderboslaan 10 7702 BB, Dedemsvaart, the Netherlands. Please be aware that it will take multiple days for the package to be delivered to us. The package has to be back in our storage within 14 days after your email to our Customer Services.
